Seeing as I'll be playing the game on an emulator (since most hard versions of the game would be toast by now due to notorious overuse of the sensor with old high powered light bulbs.) I will be using a modded version of the cart that allows me to freely control the amount of sun the sensor receives, which is necessary to complete several of the game's puzzles and makes some fights easier. Many people who were old enough to have played through the era of GBA games will remember that this game series was the one with the akwardly shaped GBA cart that stuck out of the slot alot, looked transparent, and had a solar panel on the top. It is up to you and your trusty mentor Otenko to pick up the torch and finish the job set out before you to prevent the end of the world by way of the Undeadening an effect cast by the presence of immortals on the world that is slowly causing it to die and rot away from the inside out. You play as Django, the young son of a famous Solar Gunner and Vampire Hunter who at the beginning of the game is presumed dead by the immortals he opposed. So, tell me what you think, and please feel free to give ideas or critiques, I don't shy away from things like that.įor more information about Boktai, it is a non-turn based, isometric, Dungeon Crawling RPG, made for the Gameboy Advance. I'm intending to drum up interest, as well as set a date on paper for things, since I am terrible at keeping schedules if I don't commit to them. (Kinda like I planned it, but Sundays are kinda when I am the most free, so it works out) Willing to change it up and stuff if the material gets stale, or when my practice changes focus. Right now I'm prepping for a Let's Play set I intend to do for a game called Boktai and I wanted to run it on Sundays, and call it Solar Sundays. In the meantime I want to try again at a weekly stream. So I'm stuck trying to figure out what to do next. And for some reason every time I process a video again, it diminishes the quality greatly. So editting said game kinda fell through? I made errors, saved it, and accidentally junked the original footage. I also have a huge library of games at my disposal as of Extra Life last month, and I'll be picking games that interest me or games that I've tried a small bit that I find would be interesting to show. Some of the Let's Plays later on will showcase friends that have interest in making videos with me and want to show of certain games. (I'm using fraps to record in pure, then I have to convert the video into a more manageable size, it takes awhile to convert anything in the half-hour threshold) I don't have tons of room on my HD to record things, so it may be slow goings at first. I'll be getting the first few videos up in a few days as I record a few sessions. It's fairly straightforward, and I can finish it, as well as the game is tons of fun and interesting to watch. I'm currently working on my first game to ease me into the scene again. Been meaning to do this for awhile, getting back to my LPing roots and trying things out or generally starting to play games on camera, since my first impressions tend to be the most interesting.

Moving on, there is a Traces tab which acts as a server log and beside that is the general configuration tab which allows you to make changes to the default settings of the application like the language, ability to install the server as a Windows Service and advanced network settings. Upon launching Universal Media Server, you are greeted with the Status tab which displays the trancoding status. The main program interface is certainly not pretty, yet it is certainly functional and well laid-out. The Omega also does so much more than juice. Its small feed chute means you have to cut ingredients into little pieces before juicing, but the performance makes that worth the extra effort. As a masticating juicer, this machine operates at a slow 80 RPM, avoiding the flavor-destroying heat that rapidly spinning blades can generate. It can easily tackle tougher fruits and vegetables to produces a delicious cup of pulp-free juice you'll want to drink right one the spot. This machine extracts the juice twice-once during the crushing process and then again from the pulp. The Omega Nutrition Center may have a larger countertop footprint than vertical juicers, but its unique design gives it an edge over the competition. You’ll have a full glass of juice in no time.Omega 8006 Nutrition Center Masticating Juicer Review This happens so fast that I recommend that you cut all your citrus fruits in half prior to juicing. In a blink of an eye, you’ll have a juiced citrus half. This electric citrus press combines both twisting and pressing mechanisms found in the two different type of manual options. You place the citrus fruit on the cone and then press down with a lever. Like with the manual presses, you simply cut a piece of citrus juice in half. Also, with the stainless steel cone, you can be assured that no plastic is coming into contact with your juice. You will be paying more for the pro version, so it all depends on whether or not the true stainless steel look is worth it. They both function the same, and at first glance the plastic one looks stainless steel. The standard version which has a plastic body and cone, and a pro version that has a stainless steel body and cone. It’ll cost a bit of money upfront, but it’ll save you time and frustration. The Breville Citrus Press is an excellent choice. If you are looking to juice larger quantities of juice or are looking to juice larger citrus fruit such as oranges and grapefruits, you’ll want to pick up a good electric juicer. Manual juicers are great for recipes that call for a splash of lemon juice to brighten things up, but they aren’t ideal if you want a full glass of orange juice because they require a lot of time and physical exertion. When Manual Juicers Won’t Do Go With Electric Juicers Breville Citrus Press Review | Breville Citrus Press Pro Review A good citrus press works remarkably well at extracting most of the fruit’s juice. This requires much less effort and is much faster than the twisting option. You then push down with a leaver and squeeze out all the citrus juice. But instead of placing the citrus on a cone, you place it inside a cavity. Instead, go for a manual citrus press.Like its twisting counterpart, a manual citrus press needs a halved piece of citrus fruit. Save yourself the money and hassle and skip these types of manual citrus juicers. These types of juicers are inefficient when compared to a manual citrus press and require considerable effort. One is a twisting mechanism (or reamer) where you take a halved piece of citrus juice, place it on a cone, and then begin to twist. These reamers require lots of effort and result in relatively little juice.Manual juicers come in two styles. When it comes to manual citrus juicers, avoid ones that require you twist and turn the citrus fruit. There’s a lot of juicers out there that will leave you frustrated as you try to extract just a little bit of juice out of a lemon or lime. If this is the extent of your citrus juicing, a good manual juicer will serve you well. It’s also fun to experiment with new citrus cocktails, like the pisco sour, which require a small amount of citrus juice. Just never mix with another type that happens to be colored green. So, running Walmart green, if it is an HOAT, might be fine. Toyota says their pink and red can be mixed, but it would be smart not to. So, never just assume a coolant the same color will be "ok" to top up with. The #1 rule with coolants is you never mix them (extremely bad sludging can occur if they are incompatible). Silicate and Phosphate free, and it can go 10 years between changes.īecause there is no standard for color, it is entirely possible that a green one will actually be HOAT or OAT, but read the label carefully first. Toyota Pink Super Long Life = Organic (OAT) meant for all aluminum everything. I recently tore down a Gen3 V6 that had run old fashioned IAT green all its life, the water passages were partially filled with sand (silicate that had condensed out of solution). Silicate free, so it can go 5 years between changes. Toyota Red Long Life = Hybrid Organic (HOAT) meant for iron block, aluminum heads and radiator. Original phosphate + silicate green = Inorganic (IAT) meant for iron block, heads and copper/brass radiator. Unfortunately, coolant makers don't have any standard so the color could mean anything. " Prove to me how it's "better"." - the concern is what's in the green? If the coolant turns brown, I would do another flush with Toyota Red just in case, but I'd leave it alone for now otherwise. It could potentially cause sludging in the cooling system, but a lot of people incorrectly mix coolants and I rarely hear of clogged cooling systems. You are technically not supposed to mix coolants, but I think you're OK. It works, but if you're doing the flush anyway, get the right stuff that will protect the cooling system better. The chemical mixture of the green is slightly different than the Toyota Red formula, though, so it's "not as good" at protecting the cooling system. There are many types of green coolants, but the "all makes and models" Prestone green coolant (which is what I used) is generally compatible with our cars in terms of chemical mixture, so it's fine. I suppose this would apply for someone who had leftover Red sitting in their garage and bought a new car. It'd be silly to do that, though, since the Pink supposedly lasts longer. You CAN, however, use Toyota Red on a newer Toyota. I forget the name of the metal every time, but you're not supposed to use Toyota Pink in a car designed for Toyota Red, since older Toyotas have brass(?) heater cores and the pink coolant can cause corrosion with the brass, or whatever metal that heater core is made of. The newer Toyotas come with Toyota Pink ("super long life"). The factory fill on our cars was Toyota Red ("long life"). I would not do that again, knowing what I know today. I did the coolant flush about 3 years ago and didn't really understand coolants, so I used the green coolant. Is green coolant better or should i stick with the red? Should have just done a flush in the first place, bad apple on me. I will then use the RED Toyota long life coolant and mix with distilled water. So my idea now is to do a full flush of the system before I operate the engine. What I have realized though, is that you shouldn't mix any coolants and should only switch coolant types after doing a flush. I've read so much debate about red or green coolant and which one is better and what last the longest etc. I am worried though that maybe I still have some green coolant in my system. I was not able to start the car and finish the process of adding coolant. Originally my car had GREEN coolant, I drained out the radiator but didn't do a full flush and then added RED coolant (which I had to mix with distilled water, 50/50).When filing the car with red coolant I could only fill about 5qts before the radiator was full. Now the Camry owners manual specifies to use ethylene glycol coolant which is still the red coolant. I went to Toyota to buy some coolant and the guys there said I needed red coolant (Toyota long life) and that Toyota switched from red to green coolant. So I just replaced my water pump and timing belt. Like HFS, HFS Plus uses B-trees to store most volume metadata, but unlike most file systems that support hard links, HFS Plus supports hard links to directories. HFS+ is also one of the formats supported by the iPod digital music player.Ĭompared to its predecessor HFS, also called Mac OS Standard or HFS Standard, HFS Plus supports much larger files (block addresses are 32-bit length instead of 16-bit) and using Unicode (instead of Mac OS Roman or any of several other character sets) for naming items. HFS+ continued as the primary Mac OS X file system until it was itself replaced with the Apple File System (APFS), released with macOS High Sierra in 2017.
